The item is too small and hurts to wear, can't get fully erect due to it being too small and is difficult to take off when mid-way erect.

First off I’ve owned many Tantus products from anal toys to ball stretchers and they’re all well made. I’m pretty average length/thickness but this was way too small for me. Tried it with the large ring around my shaft and smaller ring around my balls. Also with the large ring around shaft only and the smaller ring around just around the balls and both ways were just way too tight after a few minutes of stroking. First use I powered through but the overly tight rings made for an almost painful orgasm. The smaller ring works well for the balls but the larger ring just doesn’t work either way for my shaft without become uncomfortable. It stretches quite a bit and would be good if you’re a thinner to average girth. but sadly not enough for me, gonna have to toss this one. Gave 3 stars because Tantus really makes exceptional products and doesn’t deserve a 1 star but I can’t give a 5 star for a product that I can’t use.

TL/DR I really wanted to love it but it was way too tight for me (pretty average girth). I should have gone with one of their other options.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. I've never had an erection this firm. The soft silicone makes it easy to stretch to put on and get off. I use the larger ring behind my balls and shaft with the smaller ring around my balls only. Love the look and feel. Recommend a trim or shave before using otherwise it could be a little painful when removed.

This is by far the best cock ring I have ever used! It’s made extremely well and durable and extremely comfortable and snug! I wear it as a dual ring system, with the large ring all the way behind my balls and shaft with the tight one around the base of my shaft. This a game changer. You won’t be disappointed!
