However, Tantus Silicone products have a lifetime warranty and Tantus will replace any toy that has a manufacturing defect. Tantus will address defective products on a case by case basis. What if I think my product is damaged or contains defects?
Refunds/Replacements for damaged or defected products will be accepted up to 15 days after purchase. Tantus will address defective products on a case-by-case basis. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service immediately at email@example.com.
Please include a photo, description of your defect along with your order receipt to customer service.
All products are non-returnable after point of purchase including Gift Cards. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not accept returns given the intimate nature of the product, even if the boxes are unopened. Our no-returns policy ensures that customers can trust that their toy has never been touched by another customer.

Refunds & Cancelled Orders

We’re sorry; we cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been processed in Shipping. Tantus cannot refund shipping costs once an order has been placed & processed. However, please contact Customer Service immediately if you wish to place additional orders for combined shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take 1-3 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
