I've used and owned other c-rings from this company (stretchy and non-stretchy) and so far this has been one of the best I have owned. It is somewhat tighter than the Soft C-Ring and constricts more, but it is very pleasurable with the amount that it stretches. I can keep this under my balls for a considerable length of time before it starts to hurt, and this thing makes me noticeably thicker in my girth. I couldn't imagine getting the small buoy ring, though, and I'm glad the medium works so well!
