The only improvement I would like to see with the overall toy design itself would be a somewhat longer perineum stimulator extension. Overall, this curved beast packs a punch that really hits the spot.

This toy is incredible. Chasing the elusive "hands free" (and possibly "no pump") p-gasm. I've tried a lot of different toys and combinations.
