The GENERAL is an imposing dildo. I want to compare it to The Bronco, a butt plug by Tantus that I have used for many years. I never moved past its size, so the GENERAL seemed to be a big step up. The BRONCO is one of the perfect butt plugs on the market, the best in my experience. The GENERAL seems much unlike it. But it only appears that way. Two thirds of THE GENERAL ranges in size from 1.5 In, Dia. beginning at the Glans (head) to 2 In. Dia. at the third of four wide area 5-1/2 inches away. The fourth and last wide area, being the base, which is 8 inches from the entry tip. The entry is not as tapered as the Bronco but it is easy enough and it is tapered from the entry point to the base in a way that makes training as easy as it can be. The weight of the General is 16-1/4 Oz. compared to 6 Oz. for the Bronco. The insertable length of the General is 8 In. compared to 5-3/8 In. for the Bronco.
The material and workmanship meet the high standards Tantus has always upheld. The GENERAL easily cleans with soap and water with no residual odor whatsoever. The surface is smooth and glides in and out smoothly. My experience has been with all of the Tantus toys that I own, that water soluble lube works beautifully and importantly, efficiently. One may want to consider a soft model if the size is concerning. I have found it unnecessary, and I own the standard and soft BRONCO, but it may be a little easier to use. Once in, the size creates a wonderful feeling of fullness and causes delightful prostate massaging. To sum it up, it looks like a huge step up from the BRONCO, but it is, in fact, rather modest. The quality is all there, and it will be in your toolkit for a long, long time.
