Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

Don’t panic! Please note that Tantus ONLY uses FedEx as a shipping carrier. No matter what the e-mail notification states about the shipping company, the tracking number will always be a FedEx number. Our Smartpost system triggers the release of a USPS notification that is obviously incorrect. We apologize for the confusion.

I used FedEx Smartpost and my package was ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it!

Remember the non-panicking? FedEx Smartpost works by handing off packages to USPS once it nears the destination in order to be delivered to restricted addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO’s. When the package changes carriers, FedEx makes an educated guess about the package’s arrival time. This means it may take Smartpost packages an addition 1-2 days to arrive after FedEx says it has been ‘Delivered’.

Where does Tantus ship?

Tantus uses FedEx for all shipping services. We ship everywhere within the continental US and internationally, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO’s. Our only exceptions are within the state of Alabama and to International PO Boxes.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Smartpost will deliver to a PO Box within the United States. We no longer offer a service for International PO Boxes due to excessive shipping issues and lost packages.

How are packages shipped?

All packages are discretely packaged and shipped in a standard brown shipping box with a FedEx label. The name “Tantus” will not appear on any outer surfaces.

How are international packages shipped?

Although we do our best to be discrete, all International shipments must be accompanied by an itemized Packing Slip on the outside of the box to pass through Customs.

How are shipping rates determined?

Shipping is based upon real-time rates, calculated according to the total weight of the package.

What is your return policy?

All products are non-returnable after point of purchase.

What if my product is damaged or contains defects?

Returns for damaged or defected products will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Tantus will address defective products on a case by case basis. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect please contact customer service immediately at (775) 284-6400 or via email at

What are my shipping options?

All individual items will be shipped using FedEx. Standard and 2-Day FedEx will be used for within the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO's will be shipped with FedEx Smartpost. International orders will be shipped using Fedex International or Priority.

Please see the shipping page for specific options and rates. Rates are determined at checkout.

What about duties & taxes?

Recipients will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon receipt of shipment.

Is there an age restriction on purchasing Tantus products?

You must be at least 18 years of age to view this website. It must be legal to purchase adult toys in your area to place an order on Tantusinc.com.

Unfortunately our systems only allow one promo code per order at this time.

PRODUCTS

What are your cleaning instructions for toys?

Tantus silicone is nonporous, making it easy to clean. For a quick clean, use antibacterial soap with warm to hot water. For a more extensive clean, you can boil your product with a 10% bleach solution. For the most thorough cleaning, you may put your product in the dishwasher on a regular cycle. Let air dry, or clean with a lint free cloth.

What are your cleaning instructions for harnesses?

To clean leather products use a watered down solution of white vinegar or castile soap on a clean, lint free cloth and wipe dry.

What type of lube is safe to use with Tantus toys?

For best results, use water-based or oil-based lubes with your Tantus toy. Keep in mind that oil-based lubes are not compatible with latex, and may be problematic if you are using safer sex practices. If you choose to use condoms with your Tantus toy, please be aware that many condoms are lubricated with silicone lube, which may cause damage to your toy. Unlubricated condoms used in conjunction with water-based lubes will help keep you safer, while also keeping your toy free of damage.

Why does my Tantus toy collect lint and dust?

Unfortunately, one of the properties of silicone is that items made of this material collect lint and dust easily. A quick rinse before use is recommended.

Are Tantus products made in the U.S.A?

All items produced with open faced molds are manufactured solely in the United States. All silicone materials are also purchased only through U.S. suppliers. Areas that Tantus does not manufacture in house are:
  • External products: rings and slings
  • Packaging, and electronics

These items are not manufactured by Tantus due to manufacturing constraints, and cost efficiency. All products are third-party inspected for quality assurance.

Are the manufacturers or suppliers of these items reliable?

Tantus has a strict policy of selecting and working with reputable and responsible suppliers that strive to consistently manufacture materials, components and products worthy of the Tantus brand name, in addition to being in total compliance with applicable environmental and product composition standards.

All Tantus products are designed and engineered in the USA. Tantus items manufactured overseas are subjected to, not only, primary quality testing; but also stringent third party testing to ensure products are free of organotin compounds, and phthalates.
