Our products are created using medical grade, ultra premium platinum silicone. Manufactured with the utmost pride and craftsmanship, our employees take personal responsibility in every aspect of our process; from producing, to packaging to shipping. - Human Resources
The Human Resources department at Tantus provides information to employees about all existing company, county, state and federal benefits and is always available to go over associate's questions, concerns and ideas - we listen.
- Direct Deposit
Tantus does offer the benefit of direct deposit to all of its employees. Most banks and/or credit unions do honor and recognize the direct deposit program. Also available to our employees is the ACCESS CARD program, which works similar to an ATM card and is endorsed by VISA. Each pay period, a portion or the entire amount of an employee's paycheck can be deposited into this "prepaid" account. An employee's earnings are then accessible via a debit card.
- Parking
We offer free parking in front of our facility.
- Paid Days Off
Tantus offers its fulltime employees most major holidays as paid days off as well as birthdays and one floating holiday. Vacation is accrued based on the position.
