Tantusinc.com offers the following Store Policy:

Order Information

• You must be at least 18 years of age and it must be legal to purchase adult toys in your area to place an order on tantusinc.com.
• All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown boxes labeled Tantus, Inc.

Payment

• Tantus Direct proudly accepts both Visa and MasterCard, and American Express.

Shipping

• All Tantus Direct orders are shipped standard via USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order, (up to 10 days for shipments to Canada.)
• We apologize, but Tantus Direct does not ship orders to Alabama.
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Tantus Direct can only process orders to be shipped USPS or UPS within the U.S.(excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All international orders or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO's will be shipped Priority Mail.
• Shipping rates for USPS are a flat fee of $6.99.
• UPS shipping rates are calculated according to the total weight of the order and start at $15.95.
• Orders requiring Next Day and Two Day shipping that are not received by 12 Noon PST Monday - Friday will be processed the next business day.
• Please note that all customs fees, duties, and other taxes for international customers are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Return Policy

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Tantus will address defective products on a case by case basis. If you feel your item has a manufacturing defect please call (775) 284-6400.
